Reporting a problem in the app

When something isn't working, an email with a few details helps us find the cause quickly. Please include:

• Your device model and operating system version (e.g. "iPhone 15,
iOS 18").
• The app version, if you know it.
• The steps you took, in order, so we can reproduce what you did.
• What you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead.

Please never include your password or any sign-in tokens in your email — we will never ask for them.

Live services and joining a service

Live service following in Tarkman is available only at churches that use Tarkman to share their services. Not every Armenian church uses Tarkman, so not every service is available live. To follow a live service, you can:

• Ask your church whether they publish services with Tarkman.
• Use a service link your church shares with you directly.
• Scan a QR code provided by your church, which opens Tarkman
and joins the service.
